What forms of payment do you accept?
We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal and money orders in U.S. dollars. To prevent credit card fraud, we only ship to the credit card billing address (the address your credit card statements are mailed to). Orders cannot be processed without the correct billing address & will be canceled if the billing & shipping address do not match. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as Really Love It. com
Is my credit card information secure?
Our shopping cart pages are served through a secure https connection using 128-bit SSL encryption. Credit card information is encrypted when a shopper enters the credit card number in the web browser and when it is sent to the server.
Do you ship Internationally?
We ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship to U.S. territories (American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands).
What are your shipping costs?
Our shipping charges are based on the weight of your order & will be calculated when you checkout. All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.
How quickly will I get my order?
Priority mail typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive but is not guaranteed. Most orders go out the next business day after payment clears, Monday - Friday. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please read the following before ordering!
Reallyloveit.com wants you to be happy with every purchase that you make at our site. Please make sure you read our policies before purchasing. Any quesitons please contact us -I@Reallyloveit.com. Any exchanges require pre-authorization. If you would like to exchange a product, you must contact us WITHIN 2 DAYS of order delivery (see below "To contact Really Love it". You will be given return instructions. The product then must be received back to us WITHIN 5 DAYS after the issuing date of the exchange. Return freight charges are to be pre-paid by you (collect shipments will be refused). Please allow up to 2 weeks for the exchange order to be processed.
Note... Our return policy terms and 15% restocking fee WILL NOT BE WAIVED even if the color or product you receive appears different from what is displayed on your monitor or if you place an order with us based on color or product assistance or recommendations we offered.
EXCHANGE PRODUCT CONDITION:
A product returned for exchange must be received back to us in NEW RESALEABLE CONDITION.
We will NOT exchange a product that we determine to have been brushed, combed, stretched, cut, damaged or worn.
Products returned must not arrive back to us with any odor such as hairspray, styling products, perfume, cigarette or cigar smoke.
The product returned must be free from loose hairs, stains, skin oils & make-up.
All original packaging, tags, instructions and netting must be returned. If the box or packaging for the product is crushed, ripped, damaged, marked, taped or written on, there will be a $5.00 fee charged. Note: We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages. Shipping rates for packaging, insurance, and delivery will not be reimbursed. All returns are subject to a 15%
restocking fee and shipping & handling charges.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON HUMAN HAIR EXTENSIONS:
Because of government health regulations, hair is not returnable.
If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us
and we will work with you to address all of your concerns.
Due to sanitary reasons and tampering concerns, these products are not returnable.
No returns or exchanges are allowed for tape, glue or hair.
We cannot accept any returns for items which are not factory sealed due to State,
Federal and local health laws.
We will not refund or exchange items that are opened and worn.

Hair Extension Questions
How long do wefted hair extensions last?
Your own hair sheds up to 100 hairs daily. You will have shedding hair with hair extensions. Your extensions can be worn for up to 4-8 weeks with a tape install. It is important to keep up with your maintenance to prevent any damage to your own hair.
Hair extensions attached with clips can last as long as you take great care of your extension hair.
Can I get my extensions wet?
Yes, you can do everything you would normally do.
Can people tell that I am wearing hair extensions?
Extensions, if done properly, look completely natural and cannot be detected.
Will hair extensions damage my hair?
Any foreign object attached to your hair can cause damage to a certain degree.
However, with proper maintenance and care you can eliminate that problem.
I am wearing individual strand hair extensions. How can I tell if my hair extension strands are falling out due to shedding or breakage?
If the hair that fell out still has a white bulb on the end, then most likely it is due to natural shedding.
Shedding is a natural process and when you start to lose strands because your natural hair is shedding, then it is time to schedule maintenance with a professional.
